Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is the period in the year when plan choices and updates to key information can be made.

Key Dates

1. November 21st
   Changes and enrollments received on or before this day will be effective December 1st, 2018.
2. November 22nd-December 21st
   Second chance to enroll or change plans. Changes and enrollments received between these dates will be effective January 1st 2019.
3. Changes received after the deadlines will not processed until the following Open Enrollment season.
